Data we process
For sign-in, Supabase processes your e-mail address and technical session data to send and confirm a passwordless magic link.
When you complete your profile, we process first and last name, display choice, any generated anonymous username, selected emoji, and profile color.
For bids, we process amount, timestamp, public display profile, and internal security data. Auto-bid maximums are not shown in the public feed.
For Danish buy-now interest, we process buyer type, legal name, any company name and CVR, Danish phone number, address, postal code, city, and intended use of the domain. We do not collect Danish CPR numbers.
If you accept cookies in the banner, Google Analytics loads with measurement ID G-C7M20ZB16D. We do not send names, e-mail addresses, or bid amounts to Google Analytics.
Purpose and legal basis
Sign-in and session data is processed to provide secure access to bid and buy-interest forms.
Enquiry data is processed to assess, respond to, and document serious enquiries about the domain.
Google Analytics is used only based on your consent. Necessary cookies are used without consent where technically required for sign-in and consent management.
Recipients and retention
Supabase provides database and authentication. Google Analytics is used only after consent. Domain transactions may involve a registrar, escrow provider, and legal advisers.
Enquiries are retained as long as needed for the sales dialogue, documentation, and possible legal claims. Irrelevant enquiries are deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by contacting us.
You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe processing violates data protection rules.
